63. Om Shri Sai Aapad-Baandhavaaya Namah

[Salutations to Lord Sai who guides like a brother in calamity.]

Baba is the savior of those in danger and difficulty.

Once, Baba’s temperature rose suddenly for a few minutes and then returned to normal. The same night during dinner time, Baba told a young devotee that his mother should be careful with fire and that He would always be with her and nothing could harm her. Everyone became curious. Baba explained that the young mother had caught fire from the lamps in the pooja room. Baba had gone to put out the fire. That was the reason Baba’s temperature had increased earlier. The young man called his mother. She confirmed the incident and said she was saved miraculously. She only wished Baba had no burns in His hand. Baba assured the young man that the fire could not harm him. There need be no fear if we put our faith in Baba. He shall save and guard as from danger!
