75. Om Shri Sai Sujnaana-Maargadarshakaaya Namah

[Salutations to Lord Sai who shows the path of attaining right knowledge.]

Baba always guides us and shows us the right path to be followed. He illuminates the wisdom in us!

In 1941, an aged sanyasi called Dhigambaswamy came to Puttaparthi. He was paralysed severely and refrained from any form of clothing. He observed silence and was regarded as a great soul. He visited the village head’s house in Bukkapatnam where Baba stayed too. Baba lovingly welcomed him. Everyone were quite eager to know what Baba would talk to the sage.

Baba told the sanyasi if he had renounced the world, he had to seek refuge in a cave or some calm place and should stay away from society. Baba pointed that if the sage wanted his disciples’ support, then his act of no clothing had no reason. Baba also confidently told the sage that he need not have any worry of not getting food or shelter. He assured the sage that He would provide the same if the sage lives in contemplating the Lord. Baba also offered for the sage to stay there and meditate. Only God alone can give such a noble and kind assurance!
