1. Eeshwarambaa sutah sreeman

   Poorvaa sandhyaa pravartatey

   Uttishtha Sathya Saisha

   Kartavyam daivamaahnikam.

   O son of Eashwarambaa! O resplendent majestic one! Dawn is breaking in the East. The daily tasks of divinity which You have undertaken are at hand. Therefore, awake, O Lord Sathya Sai.

2. Uttishthottishtha Partheesha

   Uttishtha Jagateepatey

   Uttishtha Karunaapoorna

   Loka Mangala Siddhaye

   Awake, awake, O Lord of Parthi (Puttaparthi), Awake, O Lord of the entire world. Awake, O Compassionate One, And bestow auspiciousness on the world.

3. Chitraavatee tata vishaala sushaanta soudhe

   Tishthanti sevaka janaastava darshanaartham

   Aaditya-kaantiranubhaati samasta lokaan

   Sri Sathya Sai Bhagawan, Tava Suprabhaatam

4. Twannaama keertana rataastava divya naama

   Gaayanti bhakti rasa paana prahrushta chittaah

   Daatum kripaasahita darshanam aashu tebhyah

   Shreepaada poojana vidhim Bhavadanghri-Moole

6. Deshaantaraagata budhaastava divya moortim

   Sandarshanaabhirati samyuta chittavrittyaa

   Vedokta mantra pathanena lasantya jastram

7. Shrutvaa Tavaadbhuta Charitram Akhanda Keertim

8. Seeta satee sama vishuddha hridambu jaataah

   Bahvanganaah kara gruheeta supushpa haaraah

   Stunvanti divyanutibhih phanibhushanam twaam

   Sri Sathya Sai Bhagawan Tava Suprabhaatam

   Women devotees, as pure as Sita, whose hearts are as pure as the lotus, are bringing beautiful flower garlands in their hands and singing Thy Glory, the Glory of Shiva adorned with serpents. O Sri Sathya Sai Bhagawan, Salutations to You on this auspicious morning.

9. Suprabhaatamidam punyam

   Ye pathanti diney diney

   Tey vishanti param dhaama

   Jnaana vijnaana shobhitaah

   Those who recite this Suprabhaatam (Awakening Hymn) day after day, (with faith and devotion) will attain the highest Abode (the Goal), having obtained knowledge and wisdom.

10. Mangalam Gurudevaaya Mangalam Jnaanadaayine

    Mangalam Parthivaasaaya Mangalam Sathya Saayine
