குசேலர் தினம்
சுதாமா, கிருஷ்ணா சந்திப்பை நினைவூட்டும், தனுர் மாத முதல் புதன் கிழமையாகிய இன்றைய தினம்,குசேலர் தினமாகக் கொண்டாடப்படுகிறது. இந்த அழகிய ‘கிருஷ்ணா சுதாமா’ வண்ணக் கோலம், பக்தி மார்க்கத்தில் சிறந்த ‘ஸக்ய பக்தியை’ நம் இதயத்தில் மலரச் செய்யட்டும்! பகவத் கீதை முதல் அத்தியாயத்தின் 12வது ஸ்லோகம் பயின்று, நாமும் நம் தெய்வீக நண்பனை மகிழ்விப்போம்!

தஸ்ய ஸஞ்ஜனயன் ஹர்ஷம் குருவ்ருத்த: பிதாமஹ:
ஸிம்ஹநாதம் விநத்யோச்சை: ஶங்கம் தத்மெள ப்ரதாபவான்|| 1.12 ||
வல்லமை வாய்ந்தவரும், குருகுல வயோதிகரு மாகிய பாட்டனார் அவனுக்கு (துர்யோதனனுக்கு) உற்சாகத்தை ஊட்ட உரக்கச் சிம்மநாதம் செய்து சங்கை ஊதினார்.
